  • Regardless of who was at the helm it was the governments decision over who would survive at the time. It came down to a choice of who to save. Should they save Lehman who was at least attempting to do the right thing by it's shareholders, albeit too little too late.

  • It was the deregulation and lack of oversight with in the industry and by the Governmental bodies assigned to that task that failed us as well as the companies themselves with bas decision making.
